Adrian Clayborn and Michael Johnson gone, Bowers next. Bucs are in serious need of DE's, they should trade Glennon for a 3rd/4th rd pick and draft 2 DE's. IE Owamagbe Odighizuwa and Trey Flowers.

It's only day 3 of FA, but so far the Bucs are failing to address their OL. They signed OL Anthony Collins and Oneil Cousins last free agency and both were busts. Collins was cut 2 days ago. The Bucs need a RG and need to draft an OT or two in the draft. They weren't going to spend big money on OG Mike Iupati, OG Orlando Franklin or OT Bryan Bulaga. The Bucs best bet at signing a RG who could start and have an impact, was former Raiders C/G Stefan Wisniewski. He visited the Bucs yesterday and left with out a contract, and is now on his way to visit Seattle.
The Bucs are missing their opportunities and there really aren't any reliable OL left in free agency.

Bucs bringing in CB Sterling Moore for a visit,

http://espn.go.com/blog/tampa-bay-bucca ... buccaneers

Bucs are hoping to sign Moore, to compete with Leonard Johnson and Isiah Frey for the Nickel CB position. Johnson and Frey combined for 1 INT while splitting time as the Nickel CB last season.

The Bucs will bring in FA DE Greg Hardy for a visit. I'm kind of torn on signing him, with his off field stuff(domestic violence on his gf, charges were dropped). But we need pass rushers almost as bad as we need a RG and T. If we do sign him, I wouldn't go more than a 3-4 yr deal.

What's your thoughts??

FA DE Greg Hardy was set to pick between the Cowboys and Bucs later this afternoon, but the Bucs just pulled themselves out of the running. They have really sh** the pan the last 2 years in FA. And a few yrs back GM Mark Dominik was an absolute idiot for allowing Michael Bennett to walk away.

They better double up on DE with in the first 4 rounds of the draft. The Bucs biggest need this offseason, other than QB, was/are DE, RG and Tackle. The Bucs did absolutely nothing in FA to address the needs. Every DE they went after in FA, signed elsewhere.

Hardy signs 1 yr deal with Dallas for $11.3 mill, could reach 13.6 mill based on play.

Too bad about Hardy, but that would have taken a lot of cap space.

I always wonder about those guys as to whether or not they are just good players, or are good products based on whom they play with in addition to being a good fit for their systems.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability
