Bucs looking to get to .500 at 7-7.

The Bucs did not make it to the .500 mark this game. A strong showing in the next two games should set the stage for next season. I have to keep reminding myself to be patient with this young and upcoming team.

The defense has been bad the last 3 games, and penalties continue to kill us. They need to draft a pass rusher, no one really besides McCoy currently on the team.

We do need pass rushers and also the secondary is another area of concern. A lack of talent and discipline on defense has killed our playoff hopes this season. Hopefully we can get a few legit players in the draft and free agency.

Yeah definitely need to draft a DE and CB, maybe go after a Safety in FA like Weddle or Eric Berry.

Here's what I would do in the first 4 rounds,

1) DE Emmanuel Ogbah
2) LT Spencer Drango
3) CB Eric Murry
4) LG Denver Kirkland, going to need an eventual replacement for Mankins.
