I don't think the Cowboys at the #5 spot is a bad thing.

It's like a guaranteed win in the 1st round.

The problem is the Cowboys will need to beat the Niners in the Eagles to advance to the Super Bowl.

For me, I think it's a successful season if the Cowboys reach the NFC title game.

The Super Bowl is a long shot IMO.

O Line is playing very well right now. Even Biadasz. Gives me some hope going into this next part of the schedule.

We just don't match up well with SF. It's because they dump the ball off immediately, Purdy doesn't sit in the pocket. We get 0 sacks and that's what defense thrives on, QB pressure.

Then of course on top of that they have an elite defense which limits our point total.

It's just a rough matchup for us

I heard yesterday that the Cowboys will likely face the winning of the NFC South in the 1st round of the playoffs. If the season ended today I believe that’s the Falcons.

The starting unit has finally had 3 games together. Also Tyron Smith has been by far the best OL during that span.

Yeah, not a bad deal if your 1st playoff game is against the Falcons.

The 49ers have lost to the Bengals, Vikings, and Browns.

It is possible that the Eagles get the BYE, and then the 49ers lose in round 1 to a team that happens to match up with them better than we do.

Then I give us 50/50 to beat Philly. We are pretty much equal to that team.

Not to mention that the Lions will likely host the Niners. If Dallas makes it to round 2 they will likely face the Eagles.

I'm not sure we can get by the divisional round. All playoff games on the road and I still think the Niners will get the #2 seed. Hopefully I'm wrong however.
