Game #12. Seattle Seahawks.

Post#1 » by bluejerseyjinx » Wed Nov 29, 2023 8:24 pm

A lot of talk all over the place regarding the re-match with the Egals coming up after this week's game. I hope this doesn't turn out to be a trap game for us. Stay focused and take care of business and be ready to pounce when the Egals lose.

Hey, congrats on the win tonight!

Another cakewalk for you boys!!

The Hawks are trending in the wrong direction.

I think I'll be sitting this one out.

I actually agree with BJJ, this could be a trap game for the Cowboys. They are supposed to win this game and SHOULD win by a pretty good margin. History tells us though this is the type of game they sometimes lose.

No need to worry.

The Hawks offense poses no real threat. The defense might keep the score somewhat close early. But by the 2nd half they'll be worn down.

This will probably be the easiest test remaining on your schedule. If I'm being honest.

Are we underestimating this team or are we just scarred and jaded by the curse of Jerry the past 28 years?

Do we finally have a home field advantage after all these years?

Definitely the Jerry curse. This team is really good but I still need to see them do it. We’ve seen really good teams before.

Great win.

Beat a team over .500 and they didn't fold when the Seahawks took the lead.

And Dak made the throws down the stretch.

Man… he wasn’t the entire issue with the poor play on defense but he got schooled pretty damn well last night. Looking forward to see how he responds to that.

I really try not to make a big deal about officiating but that damn ref crew though… they were giving both defenses grief.

Bland gave up more yardage last night than he has the entire rest of the season. It felt like every big play was on him.

His one INT was a hell of a play though.

I was so impressed with Furgeson last night. Talk about grit and toughness. I saw a little Jay Novacek in him last night. With Schoonmaker making progress lately it appears we are more than fine at TE. I know some of you had question marks about TE heading into the season.
