Kickass win y'all. Pavano pitched solid. Giambi showed up and played his clutch style of ball and A-Rod sealed the deal with that homer. Not to forget, Mo struck out the side.

Scripted W.

Meh.

He was already warmed up because it was a 1 run game when the inning started, and with the off day tomorrow its no big deal.

Nice win and a good way to start the season

Nice to see A-Rod off to a nice start. If he continues to produce then finally the fans will get off his back

I predicted Pavano would pitch decently and he did.The defense let him down though.

Our bullpen was great.Hopefully we can continue playing well

Any news on Damon? Is it a day to day thing?

Should be. Just cramps.

And you forgot to mention the Captain with the two run single with the bases loaded.

Although I think we'll be thanking him for a lot of things this season.

Abreu is my favorite yankee to watch at bat, every at bat is simply a masterpiece with the way he works a pitcher.

Hey, say what you like about the Tampa bullpen, but that's a good lineup we got right here. You'd love to have most of it in your system.

Tampa's lineup has some serious talent in it no doubt. I'm already pencilling in Crawford in a Yankee uniform when his current contrat is up.
