My guess is he will probably buy a bigger share in the team he partially owns in Italy or maybe buy a bigger team in Europe and somewhat micromanage them. It is likely he will also focus a lot on his basketball academy as well and in his spare time he will likely do some ambassador work for the Lakers.

That's about all I can see him doing.

He'll either focus on something like he did basketball, e.g. business, or he will settle down completely. He won't settle for anything in between. He wont play in Europe. He might represent team Usa into his 40s though. It's never really been done before on Team USA, but it's happened with other NT's.

He will try to buy a team I think. I dont think he will go to Italy to live because of his girls. However I see him being a spokesman for the NBA in China especially and possibly Europe.
