Is game 7 a legacy defining game for Kobe?

Post#1 » by IloveLA_24 » Wed Jun 16, 2010 7:19 pm

Im new to the forum and this is my first question/topic. I was watching ESPN today and they asked this interesting question, Is game 7 a legacy defining game for Kobe?
Will he cement his legacy as the best Laker ever by beating our most hated rival in a game 7 at home or will people remember him as a great player that just couldnt beat BOSTON to win a championship.

I believe that Kobe is the best player in the world right now and is already consider the best Laker by Lakers greats. I also know that the media loves to bring Kobe down so I can see them holding on to this if the Lakers was to loss game 7 no matter what happens in his career after that the media will remember that he couldn't beat BOSTON and wont let him or the fans forget it.
What do you guys think?
GO LAKERS!!!

Kobe's legacy is already unbelievable, this will just add to it, but a defining moment? No, his legacy is already one of the top five ever to play the game. Good enough for me.
