Good luck to J. Powell, he was good for our bench and team emotionally whether the production on the floor was there or not. Hope he has success in Atlanta.

I've always felt he had great composure even if he was cold from the bench and had only a few minutes of PT. Good professional, in my book.

Man when this guy came to the Lakers, i was pretty pumped. JPowell always seems like a cool guy, but i wouldnt pay him as much as ATL is. he lost his jump shot just as much as he was losing playing time.

- and as much as he was kobe's confidant... i'm sure kobe is fine knowing that dfish is still with him.

Disappointing. I really liked him and he was quietly one of the leaders on the team. Good for him though, he's going home to the ATL and I hope he does get more playing time. With the work he puts in, he deserves it.
