Lakers say Cox Cable has reached an agreement to carry Time Warner Cable SportsNet. That leaves DirecTV and Dish as the big holdouts

AHHHH I got Cox Cable. Life is good!

A true fan finds alternative ways: stream the games, go to a friends house, or to a bar, etc.

Why are baseball and football games shown on TV and not basketball?

So if I have DirecTV and live in Portland, and pay for league pass, will I get Lakers games or will they be blacked out?

True fans shouldn't have to do that. That's up to the bandwagon fans

i would think 'true fans' would be the ones that go to any lengths to watch the games, whether that be at a bar or internet or whatever

while bandwagon fans wouldn't care as much if they missed a game or two

Making a thread about it to tell people , isn't going to make a difference.

It's unforunate, I be pissed too, if I were in your shoes, but the TW deal is helping the Lakers financially to help build a super team too.

I basically watched the entire 05-06 season on recorded games a day or two after, that took me the entire night to download.
