I foresee the Kevin Love deal

Should have never drafted him in the first place with Goudelock on the roster at the time.

Celtics waived Varnado and Joseph yesterday

Wonder if these moves are meant to cut the unguaranteed trash before the deadline or to make room on the rosters for that supposed LAL/SAC/BOS trade

The future is now. In 2 years. Kobe might retire and Pau might be gone. Then what we have. No first round picks to 2019 and a few second rounders. Need to keep the first to at lease try to build a bench. Well to late for that now. There will be a time when all these trades backfires and it looks like 2014. D12. I see him not here next summer. Going to be a fun ride to Feb 21.

i'm hoping lakers trade gasol or howard for love.... love + either one of the lakers bigs would be awesome under the d'antoni system as kevin love can really hit those 3 pointers when healthy....

It was pretty obvious that he'd be cut before the deadline. Pointless to pay someone that will never see the floor and that you have no interest or room to develop.

CDR haven't done anything worth mentioning yet, so I don't think waiving him looks bad now like with Gerald Green last year. And he got waived on Jan. 6 too.
