Kobe begins new training regimen

Post#1 » by Mamba Mentality » Mon Apr 21, 2014 5:58 pm

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant began an intense six-month training program with an early-morning workout Monday, sources with knowledge of the situation told ESPN.

Kobe Bryant, who played in only six games this season, began a six-month training program on Monday.
Bryant has been cleared for running and shooting as he returns from a broken bone in his kneecap that caused him to miss all but six games this season. He has been ramping up his activity level the last few weeks and was confident about pushing harder after receiving positive feedback during a consultation last week with the doctors in Germany who previously performed the platelet-rich plasma treatment known as Orthokine on his knees.

All we need now is a rookie wing as his 1 on 1 partner for the summer

I can't wait to watch Kobe next year.
He will be motivated to kick some butt.
I think he took this year harder than any other Laker.
As long as he is physically able to go, he will give his heart and soul to this team.

Increase that trade value Kobe, the Knicks might bite sooner than later.

Never gonna happen, Slava.

In other news I just hope he can stay on the floor next season, let alone dominate.

I'll shave my head if there's not any Kobe to Knicks rumors by sometime next season.

Somebody write that down. I'll have to add a caveat of a major news outlet will have to pickup on said rumors.

IMO, with the fanbase rabid as they are, letting go of Kobe would be the nail in the coffin for the Buss family.

Never gonna happen. According to Ramona Shelburne, Dr. Buss laid out the plan they're currently carrying out, even the Kobe extension. No way they change course, unless PJ makes some outlandish offer we couldn't refuse.

To be fair, I'm at a #2 buzz right now, so a shave would only be inconvenient for a week.

I really hope we can keep Wes here for awhile (of course at the right price) There's still so much untapped potential there

Didn't Wes work out with Kobe before his rookie season or something like that?

Yeah, Judy Seto's been mentioned quite a bit in the media the past few years.
