Filipinos are very diverse due to the history, so we might not ever see a "Full Filipino" in the NBA. The next top prospect, 6'6" Kobe Paras from the Philippines, is also mixed. As long as you have some heritage, that's all that matters to Filipinos.

Kobe Paras currently plays high school basketball in LA.

This was last year's national team, Marcus Douthit is the naturalized player.

Looking pretty deep. We need a center though....

clarson definitely needs to play for the Philippines. Maybe they can put him right next to tugs to give tugs more space to work with

Spoelstra's a Dutch name.

(Like Hofstra University, named after William S. Hofstra who's parents were Dutch immigrants)

already told you he missed the deadline for paper works. would've been nice to have him but the team is too solid right now to break chemistry.

and oh, watch out for the name Paul Dalistan at the FIBA World. guy's legit.

LA! Well I've moved around, but originally from the valley.

I just like basketball a lot, more than any other sports. I remember trying to keep myself awake hoping to see Kobe Bryant play in pre-season.

When casual NBA fans are bored because there's no basketball in the summer, I'm excited about summer league and FIBA tournaments.

It was a foregone conclusion, but good to know we officially signed him. With the only thing certain about Nash is that he's going to miss a lot of time, Clarkson could be a huge X factor for us if he plays within himself and plays hard D.

I'm hoping we signed him for two years, but with the summer league we had he might do what Kelly did and look for a bigger pay day than the minimum his next season.

Can't wait to see Clarkson play. Do you guys think Nash will still start?
