Quick note:

'Future' draft picks will be a 1st and 2nd rounder for each year. The order will be based on worst to best finish for the first round, and best to worst finish for the second round.

Well,I checked with that NFL tool Ty posted on the other thread

Only first 8 rounds if you switch....Regime has + 221 so over that +200 threshold Ty suggested

Assuming you switch in ALL rounds(Earl gets better pick in 1/3/5 etc ,Regime gets better pick in 2/4/6 etc)
