SMH......

Is it training camp for the refs or something?

Randle continues to impress me, he seems to have already improved his J considerably.

No kidding, this kid is the real deal, he just has to improve his passing and he's got the complete package

I am a Wizards fan who lives in Hawaii. I see Laker games on Fox Sports West. I think your team has some top notch athletes. Ed Davis has looked really good in preseason. Julius Randle is a beast. I like his poise. He is not just a great athlete but he is also extremely coachable. I like watching this year's Lakers.

I think the big preseason takeaways:

1. our second unit looks pretty damn good.

2. our ceiling depends on our 1st unit...which we still really haven't seen.

3. floppymoose is praying for another batch of injuries.

4. Clarkson needs to slow down a little but I'm comfy with him having minutes because he tries on D and has the length to be a bit effective already. He might be a combo but he handles plenty well for a 1. pass accuracy needs help.

5. Randle is weird strong for 19, handles like no one knew, and already has that J people kept wagging their finger at until the last two games. His big two things are going to be making the passes he's attempting in transition, and moving in the half court set to free himself up. Perhaps also more post game. I can almost see him as a huge 3...more so than lamar, but i'd like to see him guard an athletic 3 to know how I really feel about it.

6. I like Scott's philosophies a lot better than Pringles.

7. it's going to be good Wes terrrrrible Wes all year again.

8. Davis is our best big but Jordan HIll will keep seeing big minutes for lots of reasons including trade leverage.

9. Speaking of bigs, I do wish we had a big traditional center in this slower paced scheme. I've never been a giant Asik fan but I'd be into an Asik or Hibberd considering what we are running if they are gettable without selling the farm.

10. I think Kobe will have a really efficient year most nights, so Boozer becomes the X factor most nights for the starters... which scares me.

Randle has it all..

you sag him off, he will drive
you closely defend him, he will shoot..

its up to the Lakers for his development.. what will he become.. but for sure sky is the limit for him.

i think you got that reversed..
shouldnt it be,
if you sag him off, he will shoot
if you stick to him, he will drive?

Thompson + McLemore + picks could get them Hibbert if Indy want to tank.

I guess that is obtainable. I was thinking maybe Monroe or Smith from Detroit. I personally feel rondo is out their reach but they would be a much better team with him

They have a ton of scoring but they can't get away with Boogie at center defensively. Hibbert would be a great fit there.

He is a plus center overall, not an anchor but a very good one especially in man to man and post up

The last thing they need is hibbert, they need depth first of all
