You all have nothing to worry about from the wolves end, once rubio comes back we will probably end up with the 4th-5th pick.
I can't see you guys not making the top 3.

Re: Who are we competing with for the Top 5?
The question I have to ask, were the Lakers overachieving when we were still around the 6th-8th position and we were confident of beating lower rank teams like the sixers, pistons and even borderline Eastern playoff teams?
In any case, as it is now, the Lakers are the worst team in the league. Wolves are getting back to full strength, Sixers are playing better as of late and Knicks seem to have improved as well. I want a to stay bottom 2 so that we don't have to be too nervous during the lottery. 3 win difference between 2nd pick position to us. Looking really good.
Regarding the other pick, with Dwight out for a month, that Rockets pick hopefully goes down to low 20s as well.

Hou could lose 9 of their next 13 this month and be in the 19 pick spot

Hopefully. But maybe too much wishful thinking on our part. Don't think Dwight is that valuable anymore. Houston may even end up playing better without him. But again, hopefully (and probably) not.

We gotta watch out for Orlando, the game against them on Friday is going to be crucial.

Imagine if the T'Wolves win the lottery this season. I don't think you can screw up a rebuild if you have Wiggins and a guy like Okafur going forward with Rubio running the point.

its Minn....while not exactly all on them due to Sprewell being greedy they did mess up a WCF contending team in just 1 off-season.

Okafor has established himself as #1 pretty clearly right now.

i hope the Lakers could pair Okafor with Randle, and get Tyus Jones with Rockets pick.

If Jordan Hill is out for a period of time, that will help our chances. Outside of a handful of games, a couple of these games are easier games that we'll have a chance to win. That game against the Magic we have to bench everyone.

It's weird, because the Magic have lots of young talent. Their bottom 10 defense probably did their record in though.

Good tank night so far. Utah is close against Portland. Philly won, meaning we're only 2 W's up on them. Detroit and Boston also won as well.

I want D'angelo Russell, Mudiay, or Okafor.
Im also pretty confident Lakers keep the top 5 pick, however, if they feel they can trade the pick for someone like Dante Exum, I'm totally for it.

Phiily beat denver tonight. Great for us.
They are now at 11-39 (we are 13-35)

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;
