Marcus Morris is being bought out. I would make a run for him. This team needs a forward in the worst way with Vando up in the air.

Waive Max Lewis, convert him to a two-way.
Sign Marcus Morris. Let him know that while Vando is out, he's most likely going to have a role. 10-15 MPG.

I’m with you on Morris.

High on the potential of JHS and Lewis, but this is a win now situation due to LeBron’s age.

JHS is a 6’6” playmaker, built like a tank and has good defensive instincts. He’s just raw, needs time. Lewis has shown some serious promise, too. Both are long term picks.

I’d rather give up on Mays or Windler as they don’t exactly show untapped upside. Even with Vando back we could still use another semi-big.
