If they keep playing defense like this, it doesn't matter much who the opponent is, I will like our chances against any team. I've yet to see our young ones play like this on the road.

But first, let's steal game three in San Antonio. If we can manage to steal one of the next two games away from home, it'll be very tough even for the Spurs to come back.

I still wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being a seven game series. However, if the Lakers should somehow win game three, I'd bet money on a sweep. Phil and Kobe know how to kill a team off when given the chance. They simply won't let game four slip if we win game three. Game three will be HUGE.

The only ones acting like goof balls are the ones who are indeed posting BS that doesn't in any way contribute anything to the thread, kinda like a 10 year old would do...

How long did we talk about Bynum coming back and what effect he had on the the Lakers? Perhaps we shouldn't have posted anything about Bynum until he actually stepped back on the court.

Na a 10 year old woud count his chickens before their hatched , someone with common sense would realize that this series isnt over yet , specially with the Spurs .
Now while your at it why dont you set up a meet for the parade when we win the Chip , you know if we're going that far .

You dont realize when peps post things like this , it actually makes us look bad and brings us bad luck , but dont listen to me .

You are now the official Parade thread orginizer .......

Chants of MVP for Kobe in the Celts own home ground... embarrassing.

These are some true fair weather fans, which is unfortunate because most of the time the weather sucks in Boston.

you're right, all celtics fans are bandwagoners.
all lakers fans are legit.
i guess is should just jump ship to LA right now

i would rather play with the pistons because i think they are a slow break team. lamar's speed could just bother mcdyess and wallace just like he did on okur and boozer. the pistons are an easier team than the celtics so i would just rather face them.

ray allen is horrible in this years playoffs..getting torched by rip, which means kobe would torch him up even more.

their frontline is better defensively then ours..

the pistons...Rip is killin it this years playoffs..kobe will get his, but rip is definitely going to make him work on the defensive end...odom is alot faster than any pistons frontline.

maxiel vs turiaf would be a fun matchup..same with stuckey farmar.

Honestly, I would take the Celtics. I think they're overrated and the Pistons experience/chemistry would take us to the limit.

For real I wouldn't want to face the Pistons. Their front-line is too physical for Gasol's softness downlow.

Rip is a difficult matchup for just about anybody in the NBA with all the screens he gets in his off-the-ball movement.

Prince is a great defender, Billups is a proven star in the league (though he's hurt). Basically, the Pistons have more weapons than the C's overall.

celtics might as well be a younger version of the spurs
kg ---> td
pp ---> manu

Okay garcia , I guess its safe to post on this thread now .(As far as me)
It doesnt matter who we play I think we can match up with both team well.
The problem with both teams is their age , same problem the Spurs were facing toward 4qt last night . We ran them down with our young guns .
As far as who I would like to face , I would say the Pistons .
If we play them, we have H.C.A , if we are the W/C champs.

Anyhow YOUR STILL IN CHARGE OF THE PARADE THREAD MANG.

I'm a Ray Allen hater but still he's twice the player Brent Barry is. What doesn't show up on the team sheet is that Boston is twice as physical in the front court and KG/Perkins can trouble Gasol/Odom far more than Duncan and Oberto/Horry did.
