I don't think the Bulls are stealing all that much. Some call it a weak draft so they sound like experts. It's more like a not obvious draft, the kids picked anywhere from 5-20 are in a big group and could be picked on either end of that range.I would consider the Bulls giving PORT back the right to their protected to 2028 pick
I think teams should have dealt for Caruso at the deadline and maybe they would be in a better position RIGHT NOW. They waited and he's an expiring contract that they'll have to resign after just one year.
This deal would be the Bulls breaking it down and really changing the roster. DeRozan would be gone, they should be moving Vucevic and Lavine. Who they could get in those deals would be short term as they turn the lineup over to White, Dosunmu and Williams. Tate is pretty much show what you've got or get a flight to Europe.
