Yeah I agree.

Add me into the camp that the Laker's can offer the best package. I'd think something like this would be a decent offer:

The young talents are staying Portland. Like I said, I don't think Portland want Kidd, so why give a lot up for him? I simply said they could more so than any other team.

Oden
Roy
Aldridge
Outlaw
Sergio
Fernandez
Webster
Jack
Frye

All under 24

So why not just offer up Miles while your at it if all you are doing is proposing a ridiculous deal for Kidd? What's the difference if Portland doesn't need him? What because with Miles it would be an insult, unlike this offer?

different offer from Nuggets (AI)

How about Kidd, VC, SWilliams for AI, KMart, JRSmith and a 1st? Could also swap Hunter for Magliore and/or Atkins for Armstrong and Allen, perhaps adding a 2nd.

Hey it's not going to be easy or I think Kidd would already be gone but...

I think they can probably work out a 3 team deal with the Lakers and another team where Odom is moved to a 3rd team which then sends something of value along with possibly Farmar or Crittenton and LA's 1st in 2008.

I think there are teams out there that would be interested in Odom enough to offer up something more enticing than what has been bandied about. Maybe MJ and Charlotte or Golden State as the 3rd team?

But the fact of the matter is I don't think the Nets are forced to deal Kidd anymore than the Sonics were forced to deal Allen (and Allen had also made it known he wanted out of Seattle).

If Cleveland doesn't have the pieces to get Bibby, and they don't, there's no way in hell they'd be able to get Jason Kidd.
