Ersan is playing pretty bad this year, we ought to be able to demand more with Ariza's play. Maybe Maynor+Ariza for Luke Ridinour+Ersan

we're still giving up the better player though. No moves should be made until we can ascertain how "ready" Porter is.

I'd do Ariza for Ilyasova straight up too. I'm also pretty confident that Ilyasova will look much better with Wall setting him up. Likewise, I think Wall will look even better with the floor spacing offered by Ilyasova.

Assuming Porter pans out to be a solid SF, then the Ariza for Ilyasova proposal is the best one I've seen to balance out the roster. Nene moves to the bench where he can captain the second unit while keeping his minutes down. Porter is the 3rd wing.

The problem is that the proposal there is a little nonsensical for MIL. They're terrible, they don't want or need (or at least they shouldn't) a player like Ariza. He's a win now guy. A 3rd team ought to be brought in IMO.

If Ariza would not mind coming off the bench and coming back to the Rockets.
Brewer, Motie and best 2nd round for Ariza
Third team team getting Asik for a back up big

Milwaukee trades Ilyasova for Perry Jones, Glen Rice and Sefolosha (expiring)
Wizards trade Ariza and Glen Rice for Ilyasova and Thabeet
OKC trades Thabo, Perry Jones and Thabeet for Ariza

OKC gets a big upgrade on the floor without giving up Adams, Lamb or any picks. They can retain Ariza this summer by amnestying Perkins. They'd be really, really hard to score on, and Ariza would still get plenty of open looks from 3.

Milwaukee gets two cheap prospects and salary relief (and dont take on any ugly filler deals).

Wiz get a stretch 4 to add to the core.
