Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
The best deal the Raptors can manufacture is if they take on very little salary in a S&T with Bosh and they use potential intangible assets to flip them with expiring contracts to get a legit 5. That way, Raptors create maximum cap flexibility and they can add new depth to their roster.
One idea:
To Chicago
-Chris Bosh (6 years, max)
To Toronto
-Andris Biedrins
-2011 Chicago 1st round pick
-2012 Charlotte 1st round pick via Chicago
-2010 #35 pick from Golden State
-Future 2nd round pick from Golden State
To Golden State
-Reggie Evans
-Marcus Banks
-2010 #12 pick from Toronto
Hedo $9.8
Biedrins $9
Calederon $9
Bargnani $8
Jack $4.9
DeRozan - $2.4
Weems - $.9
=$44 million
Raps have about $8 million cap room to add to above core. Warriors can replace Biedrins with Cousins and use #12 to draft a SF with cap flexibility. Bulls get Bosh without giving up tangible assets.

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
I don't think it's wildly unfair or anything, but I don't think the Warriors do it. Chicago might, depending if the Raps can play all the Bosh suitors off each other.
You also run into the usual problem that you are combining 2010 draft picks with 2010 S&Ts. So for instance, GS would be getting the guy Toronto had already picked at #12 whether they liked him or not. If that isn't an SF like in your plan, then what?

The OP needs to cut the Warriors out of this trade because GSW isn't giving Biedrins away.

Well the Proposal can be modified where the Raps send the Warriors the Bulls 2011 1st round pick instead of their own 2010 pick.

A similar trade has already been posted and soundly rejected by Warrior fans. Here's the link:

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
GSW says HELL NO...not giving our starting C,main rebounder and TWO rd 2 picks just for whatever late lotto rookie.
This is about the Bulls getting Bosh at virtually no cost with GSW picking up the tab.
Quite absurd.

A second option to satisfy the Raps and Bulls would be to target Okafor to Toronto with New Orleans getting a collection of expirings and draft picks.

There's no upside to this deal for GS. At worst, we could wait and if he doesn't recover get a similiar return. At best, he gets back to being a 12ppg 11rpg 1.5 block guy and he fetches much more.

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
AS far as I'm concerned, the Warriors might as well get in on the Bosh sweepstakes themselves rather than facilitate a trade for Chicago considering that they probably have more to offer Toronto than Chicago does in the first place.

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
Why do the Warriors help the Bulls land Bosh? If anything they want Bosh for themselves not the other way around. I think they would pass on this worst case scenario is they trade their pick this year if they don't like anybody or they trade Bierdins either way they would get more value for either player then the 12th pick in this years draft.

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
Warriors do not have their 2010 2nd round pick, btw, so the proposed deal is not possible.

Re: Warriors/Bulls/Raptors
Better and much, much more likely Bosh to Chicago deal:
Toronto trades Bosh for 2011 Ch. 2nd + TPE.
