ATL/ GSW/ CHA

Post#1 » by myrak433 » Wed Jun 22, 2011 6:22 pm

how about a three way with Bobcats/Atl/GSW

David lee and the 11th pick goes to Bobcats

Josh Smith and Zaza goes to GSW

the 9th, 19th pick, and Beans

not sure if this would work. but something like this with more players to make the numbers work. maybe a sign and traded Kwame Brown.

No.

The original was close...this is bad. Despite the claims some make, Beans is an asset GSW needs and Zaza is not. The POINT of losing a #11 is to upgrade the D at PF. To cancel that out by tossing in the Beans/Zaza part,is stupid. Dumb as a clam. :-?

Not sure if this twist works better for ATL,or if Char likes it, but it misses for GSW.

I'll take it for the W's.

The W's interior D is among the worst in the league.
Smoove is a much better defender than Lee and has a much better contract.
That part is a no brainer.

Zaza is a decent backup C.

Losing Beans and the 27M left on his contract, Priceless.

Good for GS. Smith/Zaza is better overall and much cheaper than Lee/Biedrins. Giving the #11 pick is worth it.

I'm reasonably certain Charlotte would have to add outgoing salary to make this work. And since that would likely be some combination of Diop/Najara/Caroll it messes up the value for other teams.

I'd do this if the Warriors keep their pick.

Beans + Lee for Zaza + Smith

No need for Charlotte (although you can work out a a separate deal with them if you want).

I love rem's reasoning for saying no...

I'd be good with this deal
