Nash to Mavs - includes PHX/DAL/CHA

Charlotte gets Odom and Dudley
Phoenix gets Maggette, Augustin, Kidd, and Beaubois, and a 1st from DAL and a 2nd from CHA
Dallas gets Nash, Hill, and Reggie Williams

Dallas is an instant contender again, while trading away Odom, who definitely needs to be traded. Great way to try and get Steve Nash and Grant Hill rings before they retire.

Phoenix gets several talented players, two expiring contracts and two good draft picks.

Charlotte gets LO's (expiring?) contract, along with a good swingman in Dudley, who can definitely be a building block. Kemba gets the PG position all to himself, while getting two solid all-around players.

HAHAHAHAHAH This is SO bad for the Suns I don't even know where to begin.

Kidd is a non factor.
Beaubois and Augustin project as career NBA backups, and I don't think Dallas can trade a first in the near future.

Not only do we give up Nash for minor assets, if that, but we end up swapping possibly our 3rd best player for .... Maggette.

Just... no.

Now I could see it being plausible if we got Odom and didn't have to send out Dudley, so that means Charlotte has no place in this trade.

Nash/Hill/Telfair for Odom/Terry/Beaubois/1st (the first one they can trade)

I'd hate to say the Suns without Nash though.. let alone no real point guard at all..

ps the lakers have the mavs first and you cant trade first rounders if you traded one the previous season. so it would have to be a 2014 first rounder.

Then don't give up "that much" for the All Star league leader in assists, we'll just keep him and you can have fun trying to outbid PHX, NY, and POR to try and get him.
