Houston would value him seemingly, but why would a rebuilding team want Asik? Maybe if the deal was bigger and included Hawes going to Houston then maybe, but what would Houston send back?

Asik to Portland
Hawes and Young to Houston
Terrance Jones, CJ McCullum, Thomas Robinson, and a first from Houston to Philly?

Idk, can't think of way to get it work.

I like this. Except for Portland and Houston agreeing to make each other better, seems decent all around.

Cavs get: Thad, and Evan

Sixers get: A. Bennett, Waiters, and T. Zeller, and maybe a draft pick

Otto Porter and filler for Thad Young? Done.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Phoenix doesn't need Thad. They've got plenty of hybrid forwards.

At this point, your offer of Bogdanovic, Pierce, and Teletovic for Thad and JRich sounds mighty tempting, especially if we can find a third to give up some value for Pierce.

PHI gets Bogdanovic, Humphries, Wallace, 2015 LAC 1st, 2016 BKN 1st
BOS gets Gasol
LAL gets Pierce and Garnett
BKN gets Blake, Thad, JRich

Eric Gordon for Young and Hawes. The Sixers are guaranteed to get Wiggins now

Pretty terrible for the Sixers.

Not really. Hawes is UFA, although playing well, just not going to fetch much in trade. Thad is hard to judge, plays well but contract isn't sexy.

Overall for 76ers to get 2 expirings (via productive players who on 76ers would probably see tons of PT resulting huge spike in production) plus youth and a 1st rounder is truly the most/best 76ers can hope for.

THis can't be serious offer from Cavs. That is the same offer they made for Love during draft. Don't think Cavs would offer that for Thad and Evans.

Cats offer...

Gordon, MKG, and Bismack (sure 76ers would want Zeller) for Thad, Turner and force Cats to take JRich too.

Nice Cats playoff push in East with Walker-Turner-Young-McRoberts-Jefferson with Henderson being super 6th off bench getting 34-36MPG. (or sitting McRoberts and playing Young at PF).

Side note, what's the deal with Porter? I remember the Wiz being pretty stoked to get him on Draft Night. Has he not looked so great since having a few games to play?

Very limited sample size but right now Bennett's numbers are better. It's early, but I think this might go down as the one of the worst draft classes in NBA history. You have two top-ten picks who won't play this season. Zeller looks like a reach at this point. McLemore's numbers are really bad and he is getting minutes and shots playing with the Kings. But for the stigma and the fact that Kings are tanking anyway, I think Bennett, Porter, McCollum and McLemore are all playing the D League right now. Lin and Noel aren't playing at all and are expected to be developmental projects.

true.

I do like something around Thad for Bennett, if CLV wants production now, and Brown can run Bennett's butt into shape it would work good for both teams :)

I would do Thad + Turner for Bennett and filler. (And then pray)

I dont know, i really think both Thad and Turner have better value than Bennett. I'd hate to have to use both just to get him. I'd rather flip them both in separate deals.
