Last trade I'm posting from last night.
Atlanta Hawks get: No. 48 pick Lamar Patterson
Milwaukee Bucks get: 2015 second-round pick
I have no thoughts on this at all.

Ha, yeah, even as a Hawks fan I don't know what to think. This year Patterson will be at best the 3rd SG (behind Korver and Lou Williams), but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't make the team. I hope I'm wrong...

Re: Official: Atl/Mil #48 (Patterson) for 2015 2nd
Parallel to my thoughts in the Utah trading Jarnell Stokes thread, I think teams that managed to get future assets (instead of just cash) for their second rounder should be pleased, so I'll call it a plus for Milwaukee.
I'll just assume Atlanta saw something they like in Patterson, and there's no reason to think their 2015 second rounder will be anything special, so why not. I know nothing about Patterson so I don't know if the pick was a reach or not, so in the absence of that I'll call it a just-better-than-neutral move for Atlanta.
