Charlotte/Phoenix

What is the value for Brandon Knight? I don't get to watch Phoenix much so I don't know.

Brandon Knight for Jeremy Lamb, Spencer Hawes and a 2nd round pick

or

Dec 15th: Brandon Knight for Ramon Sessions, Hawes, and 2nd round pick (clears more salary, Sessions exp after this year, Hawes may opt out)

Phoenix clears long term salary, Charlotte goes all in this season and gets their 6th man off the bench

I felt like there was some debate on this forum if Knight was worth a pick around 10-14 about 6 months ago. Now, it seems like the debate is if he is worth a pick around 25-30. A Hawes and a 2nd package feels even less than that, and negative value to me.

{I'm apparently an optimist on Knight's value, but I think it is much closer to mid 1st than late 1st.}

I don't see any reason at all for the Suns to consider either offer. I think he has more value in trade, but if not then just keep him to be bench scorer at this point.
