Why for Hornets: Get a center as insurance for Mark Williams and get two seconds
Why for Grizz: Massively improve offense and go all-in
Why for Cavs: Break up the two big lineup and take a step back to evaluate how good Garland and Allen are.
Why for Jazz: Trade a center who they don't seem to love for a high variance draft pick
Why for Suns: Add three quality role players and one guy (Grant Williams) who may fit okay with small ball lineups with JJJ at PF.

Grizzlies just do the standalone deal with cavs if that was an option

to make it closer to salary neutral, send Cody Martin anywhere that can take him, or Nick Richards for a 2nd.

Wouldn't shock me if we just held onto Grant as a rare culture guy that actually likes Charlotte (it's his hometown), but I would consider Nurkic to fill a bigger need.

Anytime you have take a step back and evaluate as the basis for a team to make a trade, that team isn't going to make the trade. You can still evaluate without trading one of your better players.

Grizz pass pretty easily. We didn’t trade JJJ 2 years ago for KD we definitely not doing it now lol.

Cavs are not trading Jarrett Allen for a draft pick + filler contract. He's been their best player thru the first 4 games of the Orlando series and is probably the best current fit they have next to Mitchell.

Now if Mitchell doesn't extend and they decide to re-tool around Mobley/Garland, then I think an Allen trade could make sense.
