Philly Trades: Andre Miller, Sam Dalembert, and Reggie Evans, and Protected Future 1st Round Pick
Philly Gets: Allen Iverson, Brad Miller,
Sac Trades: Brad Miller, Kenny Thomas, Shelden Williams, and Bobby Jackson
Sac Gets: Dalembert, Evans, Kwame Brown
Detroit Trades: Iverson, Kwame Brown
Detroit Gets: Andre Miller, Shelden Williams, Bobby Jackson, Kenny Thomas, Philly Future First Round Pick.
Why Philly does this:
They get Brad Miller and Iverson to mix with the young studs that they already have. Brad is the perfect passing big man to pair with Brand when he gets back and Iverson. Igoudala is not a number one option and with thrive again as a number 3 option. The future first is protected (not sure if this is needed in the deal). Iverson is a HUGE expiring deal so they can see how this works before signing him long term.
Why Detroit:
They are clear cap space for 2010 but want to try to win now. Dre Miller is a better fit for Detroit's offense and he can play next to Stucki with Rip moving to the 3 (Prince at the 4 and Sheed at the 5). Dre, Jackson, and Williams are expiring deals. Kenny Thomas comes off the books for the 2010 free agent period. The future first is extra incentive for Iverson (though I am not sure it is needed).
Why Sac:
They get younger and some defensive minded hustle players in Dalembert, Brown, and Evans. They get rid of an older Miller who does alot of what Hawes does. Dalembert would be a nice fit next to Hawes. The rest of the players Sac gives up are just fillers to work under the cap, but Jackson, Thomas, and Williams were not in Sacremento's future plans.
Lineups:
Philly: Iverson, Igoudala, Young, Brand, Miller
Sac: Beno, Martin, Salmons, Hawes, Dalembert
Det: Miller, Stucki, Rip, Prince, and Sheed.

That doesn't make Detroit any better. Stuckey is doing fine as our point guard. We can't play this small ball lineup all year

We don't need a point guard. We need a big man. Sheldon Williams and Kenny Thomas are not the big men the Pistons are looking for. No way we trade Iversons expiring for that crap.
As for the pick, it's the only thing in the trade the Pistons would want.

Re: Philly-Sac-Detroit
Out of all the players that aren't current Kings in this deal, I think the guy that the Kings would be most interested in getting would be A. Miller.
That being said, I don't think anyone signs off on this, value may or may not be alright, it just doesn't seem to fit regardless.

Of all the preposterous assumptions of humanity over humanity, nothing exceeds most of the criticisms made on the habits of the poor by the well-housed, well-warmed, and well-fed.

We have NO interest in Andre Miller or any of those other trash players.

And Detroit doesn't do it at all.
The cap space to go after Boozer and Ben Gordon (I'm just throwing out names) is better than any of the players we trade for...
