Why for the Raptors?
If they want to keep bosh from leaving in FA, they need to gear up with some weapons to help win now. This trade gets them the scoring wings they need.

Why for the Suns?
They get two young big men, a high lottery pick, and the salary relief they desire. Not a bad rebuilding package.

Why for the Warriors?
They become instant contenders in 2009/10. Once Ellis regains his form, a starting lineup of:
