#15 for Elson/#10
I believe that this wouldn't officially be able to happen until after July 1 since Elson has a player option for next year, but how is the value for both teams if they agree to the swap and pick for each other.
Why for Bucks?
They save over $2 million, after including the difference in rookie salaries, to try and get under the luxury tax. They only move down 5 spots in the draft.
Why for DET?
They have plenty of money to spend this summer, and they use only a little portion of their cap space to move up 5 spots and get more big man depth.

No. Detroit needs every bit of their capspace to make moves so they wont be wasting it on a backup big and +5 in a weak draft

Re: Small Draft Day Deal (DET/MIL)
That would help Milwaukee to sign 2 possible targets for Detroit in CV and Sessions and honestly #10 and #15 isn't that much of an upgrade. Both picks will probably land ~ the same talent imo. So no reason for Detroit to do it .
