Its all relative. He had a good playoff run compared to his regular season. He was still mediocre. The only thing notable he did was make clutch shots.

Anyone think he might come back for the vet min? If he would, I'd absolutely love him here at that price. We'd be amazingly deep at the wings. A rotation of Wade/Bron/Miller/Q is almost too good to be true.
I don't know if this has really been addressed yet but for you guys who watch games, anyone notice Q's sick post game? i swear there were a couple games where we would go to him 3 straight possession and he would pull a strong quick spin for an easy 2, we didn't even go that as much as we could have. basically bottom line those 4 and if u want to add raja. there is no real weakness in that rotation and they all have a lot more to offer than your average role player wing players imowould love to have him back.

It will be a upgrade over them to. Plus we need that Veteran presence on this young team to keep ego's in check..

Can you dispute my position that he will slow down our offense and weaken our perimeter defense? That Mario Chalmers is superior both offensively and defensively to Fisher at this stage in their career and in similar stages of their career?
Personally, I feel that Chalmers blossoms into a better version of Derek Fisher on this team. And the likelihood of that happening is far greater than Derek Fisher saving us from a Wade vs. LeBron meltdown, or whatever unsubtantiated scenario the national media is projecting. Nothing in Wade, Bosh, or LeBron's career suggests that they're not strong leaders who get along with their teammates. So by signing Fisher we'd be fighting and imaginary ghost.
