Its smoke and mirrors, to look at the landscape of the NBA as a whole in comparison in the last 10 games is a bad idea. Because top end talent teams that are runaways are stepping off the gas knowing they don't need to kill themselves, tanking teams are out there doing extra tanking to get even better position, and if your lucky to have a schedule where all that falls in your lap, your going to have a faulty efficiency scale thats not the real truth. I like to look at the overall full season efficiency scale, that has more of a true barometer of where you are as a team. First ten games and last ten games are always smoke and mirrors.

Hopefully Miami can win this play-in game and get to the 1st round so the younger guys like Jaquez Jr and Jovic get some valuable experience and possibly show Spoelstra things he needs to see to better utilize/develop them next season. I'm really interested in seeing if the younger guys are utilized much and if so, how they do. I think Jaquez Jr and Jovic can be long term starters in the NBA which would be very good value with picks outside of the lottery and also near the bottom of the 1st round.

I believe after the Mavs game Spo has said they have to find a way to counter teams loading up the paint on Bam and guys have to hit their shots. Since then his involvement as a scorer has plummeted, let’s see if that changes tonight and if Spo has found his counter.

Our most notable wins of the season have come without Jimmy, 30+ point blowout in Milwaukee, blowout win in Sacramento (no Herro too), @ Philly, double digit win @ GSW, @ Orlando, @ Atlanta, @ Lakers and now all we have to do is beat the 39-43 Bulls who are 19-22 on the road? Should be a piece of cake!

What kind of cake are we talking. Cause with this team it very well could be a sh*t cake.
