That being said, what you posted is still pretty damn delicious. When I go to a cuban place, though, I'm most likely going to get this:

Masas de puerco, con mojo, arroz con frijoles, y tostones.

That was the first time for me too. It's a bit chewy, but very tasty. There was nothing left on the plate when I finished
