OT: Advice on Watching Heat Games for Next Season

Post#1 » by letsgoheat » Wed Aug 20, 2014 5:40 am

Hey guys, I was looking into buying a ballstreams year account since Heat games are obviously not broadcasted here in cali. For anyone that has used this service, do you have any comments or feedback on the streams? Also one thing I really want to know is if they have a Heat feed for every heat game or are there some games where you are stuck listening to the opposing teams broadcast? Thanks for the input!

Just checked they are not a legal approved streaming site for the NBA. They are out of their and US jurisdiction. Trusting your money, credit card, security to a company in a foreign country might be risky. If they have no qualms about defrauding the NBA then what is to protect them from defrauding you.

The Raps forum had a big thread on it and most of the posters there found the site reliable. From what I have heard it is more reliable the NBA LP and there are no blackouts of any sort. When you pay for one year you can also freeze your membership after the season is over or whenever you want. I myself am looking into it. You can also get home and away broadcast with them. Hope that helps.

I remember back in the first year of the big 3 era I think, there used to be this guy who found a way to hack the system of the NBA LP. All you had to do was to donate 4 bucks if I remember it well and you get an account and enjoy full benefits of the normal LP, but I think the NBA eventually found out about it and shut it down. But yeah point is, just like that.....you'll never know how long it will last since there will always be risks but wouldn't hurt to go for it.

I used it last season, frozen my account till the new season starts.

It's great. LP-level quality. You can choose home or away broadcast, sometimes even when the game is on national television. No blackouts. There's also a way to put it on your TV through a game console, but I haven't looked into that. And it's a cheaper than LP.

Nah it was proper. I had no issues.

Oh, and it has a mobile app (for Android at least, dunno about iPhone). You can stream on your phone as well. App's called BSdroid. There were some issues with the app, for example if you're watching an archived game, you can't fast forward or rewind. But no issues on the laptop with that.

They archive games basically instantly, whereas LP I think does it in 24 hours.

Boycott the NBA and boycott the Heat. Micky Arison / Spoelstra stood by and said nothing as the league f'd us over for the past 4 years while rigging the draft for the Cavs to get 3 #1 picks and a #3 pick as well. (and the one pick they didn't win that year, it went to a team that was owned by the NBA that they had to sell).

As of right now, I will never watch the NBA until the diarrhea stains of David Stern that is Adam Silver, the rigged draft, and the officiating are removed. Adam "Socialist" Silver needs to get his commie ass kicked out of the USA. The draft needs to be done in public in front of cameras rather than behind closed doors. And the officiating should never be under control by the NBA and poor officiating should be punished just like players / coaches / team personnel are punished whenever they speak up about the crappy, rigged officiating. I know that will never happen, so I quit watching that ish.

F the NBA and F Mickey Arison / Spoelstra.

Lmao. Someone is having a bad day/week or REALLY hurt by his idol Lebron leaving.

Do agree that lotto is rigged though. The other owners there just get compensated enough to justify them not speaking about it.

4 finals, 2 championships... I doubt that's getting f'd over dude. LeBron left, deal with it... the truth of the matter is the unblinded knew LBJ was a rental

I do agree the draft will always be f'd up but it is what it is, be grateful for good Heat bball for the past 4 years and beyond.

That post is a joke. There are so many things wrong with it. Also, please add the 27 game win streak to that list. 4 consecutive Finals, 2 titles, 27 game winning streak, 2 MVPs/FMVPs each for LeBron and could have had 1 for Wade too. For those that don't know the draft is observed by E&Y (EY) and reps from each team are present when they draw the numbers. I am all for conspiracy theories but people need to not completely turn off their brain.
