btw before doing it vs the Cavs and Heat in the span of a week this season ... Rasual Butler hadn't cracked 20 points in a game in 5 years.

I think that Cole in the starting lineup isn't a huge negative if we start McBob. With Williams AND Cole we don't have any above average passers aside from Wade. The Napier/Chalmers combo coming off the bench is a net positive in my eyes so far and if you add Williams' spot three into that mix i believe it would work well.

Cole-Wade-Deng-McBob-Bosh
Napier-Chalmers-Ennis-Williams-Whiteside

I'm not subscribing to the "we're crap" mentality I've been reading simce the Wiz game. We have the right players and the right coach. The only way I see the HEAT out of the race is if Wade goes down and out.

The race for what? The right players for what?

To win a championship? No.

To win the conference title? No.

To advance to the conference finals? No.

To advance past the 1st rd of the playoffs? I seriously doubt it.

To make the playoffs? Sure, if Wade stays reasonably healthy.

I don't think it's possible to miss playoffs in the East this year. Sadly.

McBob shares the same mentality.

Spo needs to change up the defense. We are all sick and tired of this headless chicken spazz rollerblading defense. If it means starting bigger bodies in Hamilton or Whiteside so be it

Yeah but Spo can be so stubborn. Its part of the reason why I don't really like him as our coach (hopefully that changes)
