This guy is ballin, if only Spo didn't bench him those next few games after he came out hot we'd probably still be in the 7th spot.

Johnsanity!!!!

Too soon?

Ha.. Another great game with some big shots! In a difficult season, it's been an awesome time finding these gems. Even if Johnson could become a consistent rotational player, that would be huge. He's only 22.

whats funny is, we cut Johnson, TWICE. After preseason and after his first 10 day contract. We let him go, but then Wade got hurt immediately, and he was brought back up.

This season is like a blessing and curse at the same time. Its really all about next year now with a full healthy squad... geez..

TJ is simply awesome tonite. With all of our starters, save with the exception of Wade, sitting, he saved our day. What more can I say?

I can't get over the fact this guy has such a well rounded game for a 22 y/o undrafted rook. The fact that TJ and I share a birthday makes it that much easier to love him.

You guys found the two biggest D league steals, I'm so jealous I wish our GM would take risks like this. Low risk high reward.

Give this guy 20 minutes a game, no matter what. Honestly it should be close to 30. Forget Chalmers, we know what we have in him...

We really have something with this guy. All-rounded and efficient offensive game with pesky defence. Hope he takes a huge step forward after the offseason.

I love what TJ is doing and he is a great find for the team but Chalmers has been great for this team over his career. He is currently playing out of position to help this team and has actually increased his production this year. If you want to get rid of anyone it should be Napier because TJ is a more athletic PG and better shooter. Also next year we will have too many guards and not enough bigs.

The guy looks like he has worked with Wade a lot based on his movements on the court.

TJ deserves to jump ahead in the rotation. Wade, Dragic and TJ need to get the most minutes on a consistent basis. Give Rio and Napier the leftovers minutes.

Dragon/TJ/Napier
Wade/TJ/Rio
Deng/Walker/Ennis
Beas/UD
Whiteside/Bird

1.We really need Mcbob to come back, UD can't log big minutes.

2.Not sure what role can Napier get on this team going forward.

3.Bird looks almost done. Backup center is a big growing need.

I wish TJ can consistently average 35-40 MP. Miami would win more games with him in the lineup. He plays hard and with confidence. He also seems to be a smart player.

TJ, Beasley, and Walker, along with Birdman and Chalmers, are giving us a very solid bench. Combine them with our starters and McBob and I'm very satisfied with this team.

How about JaVale McGee?

SG: Wade/TJ
SF: Deng/Beas/Ennis
PF: JaVale/Beas/UD
C : Whiteside/JaVale/Bird
