Easily best young core in the league, extremely exciting.

They need to trade Rubio for a good veteran PF or good bench wings, or even go after Al Horford.

Dunn
Lavine
Wiggins
Horford
Towns/Gorgui Dieng

+ assets for Rubio

Going to be beastly in 2 years

I really dislike the idea of trading Rubio, yes he can't shoot, but he is an elite playmaker and defender. The other guys are more than capable of scoring. He brings something different to the team and def worth keeping in my eyes. I like Lavine, but I think he is more expendable. I think the Dunn + Lavine for Butler trade would have made much more sense.
Donald Trump is an idiot.

I get the feeling they are about to break out. Towns was such a huge get for them. Sped up everything.

They might be able to get someone deceent in return for Rubio. As for free agents, Horford would make sense. They've got plenty of youth and could use a prime asset to balance that out.

Ok, the bad news is we couldn't get into the second round. Im sure we tried, but picks are extremely valuable in the current economic NBA environment.

The good news are - undrafted players don't necessarily have less talent then second rounders, it's often more a case of showcasing thsaid talent and finding a fit.

Undrafted TJ is a better player then 45 players picked ahead of him. I believe Weber has a shot to become a "first round value" player too.

Jarrod Uthoff

Prince Ibeh
Cat Barber
Dorian Finney-Smith

Are 4 guys I would take a long look at, I believe all 4 can become gems with some work and luck. 2 of them can be cheap useful backeups (Prince Ibeh, Dorian Finney-Smith) while Cat Barber and Jarrod Uthoff might have even higher upside.

Oh wow I remember being intrigued by him a couple of years ago. Elite shot blocker, no offensive game what so ever. Very raw and very athletic.

I could see that Carrera pickup a mile away. Grandpa Chet has already said how much they value wingspan differentials, and Carerra has the freakiest. I feel bad for that poster who said it's going to scare him to see him out there with his long, scary arms.

I'm meh on this Obekpa pickup, but he is 6-9 with a 7-4 wingspan and can block shots.

I feel like I'm at this Boston party.

I still can't believe Sacramento dumped Belinelli for a first rounder and we couldn't even get #60 for McSob. I bet Andy will call Memphis and this is how it'll go:
Spoiler:
Andy: Hey Fizzy Fiz, how's memphis?
Fiz: Can't complain, we just got two lottery picks basically.
Andy: Cool. Listen, how about a third lottery pick? We'll trade you Josh Mc--
Fiz:
Fizzy Fizdale stops laughing three minutes later to say "why do you think I left?"

Would love to add Uthoff & Plumlee - that would give us young talent at all positions. That's a lot of development, but we need to have one at each spot - we have a PG, a combo, a SG, & a SF. I don't count Whiteside, so we really don't have any PF/C development players. Uthoff & Plumlee fit our needs here & can add a lot to our bench if they develop.

Barber already gone (Pelicans). Add in Plumlee & I'm down with your list.

Uthoff top priority, Selden, Finney Smith, add Josh Adams, ifd be fine with Prince but he is the biggest project of the bunch.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Obekpa looks like a poor man Biyombo, similar size, athletism, motor, and skills.

Still think Plumlee is the safer bet, we have absolutly no backup C, and it showed against the Raps. Gotta Love Plumlee mobility and lateral foot speed on defense, he can rebound too similarly to his brothers and is as much athletic as them. Also he is a very mature coachable kid and a army sergent.

First time watching him, seems extremely explosive (In NBA standards). Looking at his stats, sadly not a true PG, and he's very small. If he could become a better 3 point shooter might be a scoring tiny guard like a Nate Robinson.

Plumlee's videos remind me a lot of Kris Humphries. Maybe he needs to develop a mid-range long distance shot to have a chance. A bit too mechanical for my taste.
