McRoberts & #14 to ORL for #25, #33, & #35.
Salary of #25 is guaranteed, but 2nd round picks only count as minimum deals. We can still use part of the MLE to sign them.
We could draft Oyeleye (if he's still available) or Swanigan and then pick up Bell and Thornwell.
Bold, but I like it GOM. Slick dumping McRoberts is the best part lol
I haven't seen a draft where bottom lottery and non-lottery picks are so fluid all over the place like this year. Having 3 picks in that range would not be a bad gamble at all considering #14 is in somewhat of a crapshoot range anyway.
His $7M is money that we cannot pay other players. However this works out, I trust the Heat to make the best move. If it means drafting Leaf or Mitchell at #14, I won't be upset. All I want next year is to make the playoffs and deny Phoenix a lottery pick.
My "Other" vote is Donovan Mitchell now.
6-1 (without shoes), with a 6-10 wingspan and 36" vertical. He's only a 35% shooter from the 3. I like his defense, Iggie.
