What is Riles top priority this offseason and what would be yours?

Really want Riles to go all-in on Paul George. Hayward, Griffin, etc don't really move the needle for me tbh. In fact I'd actually lose it if we maxed out Blake -- finally get one injured max PF off our books just to sign another one? No thanks fam

Agreed. Even if the heat somehow found a way to sign Hayward AND Griffin they would still not be able to compete with Celtics and Cavs. Griffin is too injury prone.

Best bet for Riley right now is to have a 3 year plan for rebuilding, which is what I'm sure he's thinking. Let the instant gratification franchises like the Magic and Knicks go after the player that turns them into mere playoff contenders. The Heat have always had bigger plans. It may take a couple of more years of patience, but they will be back to being CHAMPIONSHIP contenders before Riley retires.
