All the eastern teams added salary and got much better. We cut costs and got worse. There’s no way you’re gonna win when that happens lol

Seeing Herro in the playoffs has eased my mind at not landing Dame, 35 in a half is cool but we like to get it out of the mud and scrap for wins the hard way

Haliburton had a strong start to the season and has now become overrated as fuxk

The other day I told someone Dame has looked better without Giannis and they told me I'm using too small of a sample size so they posted his season stats instead. Lol smh.

Really blows my mind how much some fans cared much more about assets and saving a rich persons pockets over winning chips.

Teams figured out once you trap and pressure him at half court he gets out of his game and it's been downhill ever since. Also that hot shooting he had earlier to start the season was unsustainable.

It does suck, that he will finish with more top 3 selections for DPOY than anyone in the league, but never win one because he doesn't get the flashy blocks, steals, "Stocks" whatever they call them these days.

The way to surpass that is to set his sights higher. There’ll be a Finals MVP trophy or two with his name on it if he continues to work as hard as he is.

There won't be a single Finals MVP trophy on his name unless this FO does something about the state of the team and its build. He can huff and puff all he wants but pulling Brick City along isn't getting him to no finals.

Dudes going to have several all star selections, 10+ all defensive teams, be top 3 if not 1st in like 7-8 different statistics in Heat history, several deep playoff runs (hopefully some championships), and if we actually build a good team for the regular season maybe some all nbas and at least 1 DPOY but I get clowned for saying he’s on track to be in the hall of fame lol

DPOY race is simple really, you shouldn’t even qualify to be in the DPOY if you have a bottom 10 defense and are on a bottom 5 team in the league. Wemby being a finalist is crazy to me. Gobert plays next to several good defenders, McDaniels is an elite defender and Edwards/Conley are very good defenders while Bams anchored the best defense in the league since Feb 1st and a top 5 defense on the season while having arguably the worst defensive backcourt in Lowry/Herro/Rozier/Duncan, plus Jimmy who hasn’t cared all season and just whoever Spo feels like starting at the 4. Bams best defensive teammates come off the bench and either just recently signed (Wright) or have been in and out of the rotation all year (Highsmith).

It’s pretty simple

Help is on the way. I yet have hope that the FO will learn from the absolute botch job of last summer and will finally improve the team by October. They’ve gotten too full of themselves lately and have overplayed their hand, but this remains a top-class organization. If they’re as competent as I think they are, this season will humble them into owning their mistakes and making changes.

Conversely, Bam is too humble for his own good. I’m likewise hopeful that Bam will become more assertive and begin demanding to be a focal point of the offense and will put in the work to get there. He needs to become on offense what Beasley says he is and what I know he can be. And when you pair Peak Bam with the deep relationships he has with great players around the league, it will revolutionize our outlook. Our future can be transcendent.

But, for now, The Fraudfather sig remains.
