We just need post basketball skills.
A guard who can penetrate to the rim. First steppers.
We need rebounders. Big ones.
We need rim protectors. Go toe to toe at the POA and win.

I would be thrilled if we got Ingram and Nance Jr. The latter in Nance Jr could be that rugged PF compliment to Bam we have been missing since Tucker and Crowder left.

Does Herro, Duncan and 15 net us Ingram and Nance?

This is the hope. It’s either the 15 or Jovic. They might want Jovic but with Ingram as a potential small ball 4 and Nance Jr as the more rugged 4 i would be fine moving Jovic in this deal. Can always take da Silva at 15. Salaries work out perfectly.

Do some of yall really want to send herro + rozier/Duncan plus all our picks for dame and his 48-54-59 remaining? With Bam and Jimmy extensions we'd be in the tax bad and our depth would likely be trash.
And we'd be destroying our future mobility. I know many don't wanna hear it but we are likely running this back after trying unsuccessfully to get donovan, and then things will get really spicy in 2025-2026.

I like Butler but I'm not in the camp of just blindly paying the dude. He was a relative no show this year and he's not getting any younger. If he gets more years I'd hope it's at a discount because I don't think he's that guy anymore personally. Last season was his final form and he was hungover all this season from it. But like I'm some I just don't really want to see this same team run it out unless we make it clear we're okay with being a fringe playoff team which is really what this current squad is imo

Rashard Lewis wasn't just a stretch pf lol. He was a 20+ ppg scorer in the mid-2000s, which makes him a dynamite scorer as well given that equates to >25ppg in today's game.

+1 Larry Nance Jr.

Nance can actually shoot a bit too, or atleast did when he was with the Cavs.
Spo will 100% play him at the 5 though and be allergic to Bam/Larry frontcourt. You know this.

Get a star. Keep Rozier as a 6th man. Give Bam a legit back up C/PF with size and shooting.
That's all I ask

Ingram isn't enough of an upgrade. That's just my opinion.

Maybe not, but if the price is Herro and a pick? He’s an upgrade on the current.
I think we’d change his shot diet too. He’s taking a lot of middys, he used to average 2.4 threes per game on decent %. That’s down to 1.3 this season.

I just realized Bucks don't control their draft picks going forward. Makes me think they keep Dame and I can't see him asking out again.

I'd give up Herro and a pick for Ingram but I just don't think Ingram is that lead scorer we need either.

He might not be enough but could be a step in the right direction if he’s replacing Herro. We are beggars being real choosy with some sub par assets.

That's the spirit. I really hope this summer is the summer we make that splash.
