Derrick Rose / Quin
Dwayne Wade / Daequan Cook
Andre Iguadala / Dorell Wright
Udonis Haslem / Malik / Alexander
Shaq / Doleac / Barron

Iggy would unbelievable alongside Wade, he's shown that he can't quite carry a team on his own but paired up with Wade would be crazy. Then we draft our point guard in Rose. We wouldn't even need that much from Shaq.

Then we sign a guy like malik and doleac to the mle.

I mean we're not the deepest team but still...

btw, how much money do we have this offseason.

Riley will target ...

PG - Sam Cassell - He's old and washed up
SG - Ronald Murray - He's an idiot
SF - Michael Finley - See Sam Cassell
PF - Juwan Howard - We're still trying to win the 1997 NBA title
C - Ryan Hollins - Never heard of him, so he's a perfect candidate for a guarnteed contract to be the 8th developmental center on our roster

We'll get dissed by 4 of them, overpay for the one we do get, and somehow end up $10 million into luxury tax land anyway.

Go Heat!

Duhon and Malik sounds good to me.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Unfortunately, no. :-?

Adding up committed salary plus the likely salary of our #1 pick, we're already over the cap for next year. And that's for just 7 players.

http://www.hoopshype.com/salaries/miami.htm

The only thing J-Will's and Ricky Davis's expiring deals do for us is give us room under the luxury tax. We'd only have the MLE, LLE, and veteran minimums to spend.

To clear actual cap room, we'd have to do something like package Blount with Haslem for expiring deals ... or somehow find a home for Shaq and get expirings back. But the roster as it stands now will NOT give us any cap room this offseason.

Well...who's gonna be the top prospect for the 2009 NBA Draft? WE could have 2 #1 picks, then get LBJ when we re-sign Wade when their contracts are up and we would have:

Young Gun #1, Haslem, LBJ, Wade, Yiung Gun #2.

The future is bright baby!

Ok let me wake up now
#HEATLifer #VFL

You're welcome LeBron.

Tyler Herro is a TURD.
Bam is NOT elite but is getting better.
Fire Spoelstra!
Josh Heupel is coming for you.

I’m a proud admirer and lover of BBWs!

Jose Calderon is a Restricted Free Agent, and Bryan Colangelo made it clear that he will match any offer.

Restricted free agent? Can you give us a link? According to my source below, he is not. http://www.shamsports.com/content/pages ... aptors.jsp http://www.hoopshype.com/salaries/toronto.htm

Calderon was undrafted, I don't think there is RFA for undrafted players. He probably meant they have his bird rights and will match any offer.

Restricted free agency exists only on a limited basis. It is allowed following the fourth year of rookie "scale" contracts for first-round draft picks (see question number 41). It is also allowed for all veteran free agents who have been in the league three or fewer seasons.

Ok, so maybe he's right. There's just no qualifying offer because he was undrafted, so they have the right, but it doesn't show up on those sites.

yup, go read up on larry coon's cba page. calderon is a RFA. he just doesnt show the usual QO on those type of sites because he was undrafted.

Calderon is from Spain. And he is a restricted free agent. 100% Bryan Colangelo will resign him or match any offers especially since the injury to TJ Ford.

I think if you guys trade Haslem + Blount for Kwame Brown and Radmonvic you have around 15 mil free and a three point shooter with maybe a chance at going after Jamison.

Wade
Dorell/Cook
Radmonvich
Jamison
Shaq

Bench can't be worst than now.
