Wow.

Sincerely,
Chris Chelios

;)

This would be a gigantic blow to the Ducks!

Stanley Cup? Check (x4).
Stanley Cup with bro? Check; he even handed him the Cup.
Olympic Gold? Check.
World Cup Gold? Check.
Men's World Gold? Check.
World Junior Gold? Check.
Memorial Cup? Check.
Conn Smythe? Check.
Norris Trophy? Check.

If he and Selanne retire, and Giggy goes elsewhere for more money..They'll take a huge hit, but they'll still be a good team.

They still have Pronger on the blueline, and Beuachamin. Bryzgalov is still in net, and he's shown he could be a starter. Plus, they still have a core of McDonald, Getzlaf, Perry, Penner, Kunitz, Pahlsson, ect. They'll also get about 17mil in cap space to play with, you can be sure Burke will do something with it.

If he wants to move on its understandable, what else does he have to win? I just hope Selanne stays, I love that guy. He's always been my favorite player.

I wouldn't mind them bring Kariya back though, even though I think he might have signed with someone today. Or make a run at Burtuzzi. With him and Pronger the Ducks would lay some people out.
