Just browsing the standings. We are at 106 points. And the caps are at 99, devils at 98. If we sweep these next three game, which is very doable. And the devils or caps lose at least 1 game. Then the bruins clinch the eastern division.
Wow. Who would have thought we would be saying that in the beginning of this season.Looks like the presidents cup is out of reach, but oh well. Amazing job by the sharks. I really thought they were going to fall off, but they've played tremendous. Detroit has really stepped up their game as well.
Anyway, like I said, looks like the B's could and should sweep this week. Ya never know though. The rangers will definitely have some fight in them, as they will be battling for a playoff spot.
