I'm guessing Beal is untouchable, but I feel this is intriguing...

Milwaukee Gets: Beal, Rice Jr., E'Twaun Moore
Washington Gets: Ersan, Afflalo, Milwaukee 2015 1st Rd Pick (Top 5 protected)
Orlando Gets: Ridnour, Ariza (both expirings)

Orlando sheds a ton of salary and helps their tank efforts.
Washington picks up a 1st rd pick while going for a win now.
Milwaukee gets the most intriguing and arguably talented player in deal.

Draft Exum in 2014.

Exum/Beal/Giannis/Henson/Sanders is the core.

Only Lebron and Durant are truly untouchable.

I agree with the people who think NYK is making the playoffs. There is going to be some Epic tanking this year. Just being a team trying to win will inflate their record. Additionally, they will mortgage Future picks even if required to ensure they make it

Just finished watching Bogut put up 15 rebounds for the game with 8:00 remaining in the 3rd, while Monta was being heaped with his usual praise this season. You remember Bogut -- the washed-up nothing we traded for a brain-dead chucker who wasn't worth anything? You still think the (Please Use More Appropriate Word) overlords of this worthless franchise could pull off anything intelligent whatsoever? Keep dreaming because even if they did do a good deal, they'd ruin whomever they got.

now Thomas is playing great basketball and starting while Knight is an undersized SG and Teague can't find minutes on a team with literally one PG who expired about 3 years ago

What does Isiah Thomas do for this team in the short or long run though really? I get he's a nice player, but what does he really do for us?

gives us a dynamic solution at PG? A crafty, exciting playmaker who would fit in nicely with the core we're building?

Don't you think Isiah Thomas is a little too old to contribute to a winning team?

Call me crazy, and I've been called much worse, but as a GSW fan I'd say G Alphabet is about as untouchable as they come at this moment in time. The kid has incredible potential and the Bucks would be the crazy ones if they dealt him.

I think he was more or less saying that there's players that simply won't be traded, but Lebron and Durant are the two guys that you cant really make a package to get.

I wouldn't trade Giannis for much, but if someone blew us away with an offer I would consider. You can say that about almost every player though

For the right offer, Giannis would be shipped out tonight. If a Durant, Lebron, George, etc were offered for him, every MIL fan here would be helping him pack his bags

I really don't get the Beal love. He's a relatively inefficient scorer; streaky shooter; and he doesn't do all that much else on the basketball court. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because he's young. I made a point to watch him often this year and I came away more impressed with Webster and Ariza ( :o ) and grew tired of Beal's incessant ability to brick wide open jumpers. He had a few games where he shot the rock well but I expected quite a bit more, frankly.

I agree...he is young but a .507 TS% when you're shooting 44% on 3s? I guess that's what shooting 11.4 2s a game will do. He's taken twice as many long 2s as he has within 8 feet. Only other stat that jumps out at me is 25.7% USG.

I would also add the following addendum re: Beal: It is possible his leg injury was gravely affecting his shot and his overall play. It is possible he was playing through a persistent and nagging leg injury that impacted his lift and consequently every part of his game. I hope that's the case because he was downright unimpressive.

Cavs in the mix for Asik. Sure would be nice to dump Ersan and somehow get our hands on that Kings pick they own.

Pretty sure they were talking about Isaiah Thomas, not Isiah Thomas. :)

We'll see if the Kings make more moves this year, but with the salary they have now they might have a hard time matching his offer sheet this off-season. If we like him I'd wait until then to go after him rather than give up assets in a trade.

Can the Bucks just trade for some nice assets just one time! ONE TIME PLEASE! I will gain hope for this franchise if they do.

Yes, but are we not trying to win now? :banghead: Man that winning thing is working out well.

That pick is of major value and we don't have much to offer. I see us using most of our asset(s) for talent that they will believe will help us win now.

In principle Ersan for that pick with nothing of value back would be ideal.

Then just play the youth. Whatever vets are left are in a backup or reserve roles.

He's a PPP player. Very highly doubt he's traded. Very highly.

I think there would have to be other pieces to get the salaries to work but I would do that in a heartbeat.
