Saw a couple posts regarding bringing Jennings and Melo back to New York now that they lost LeBron.

I guess they want to wait till 2015.... clowns. Try developing your own talent (read here: dont trade away all your 1st round picks)

You could have had Jennings - but your sorry GM chose Jordan Hill and then traded him for cap room hoping to entice LeEgo... how's that workin out?

You might have given him more than 6 months and 6 minutes playing time to prove himself before dumping him for cap room though, right?

Good. I **** hate New York fans, think they're entitled to every good free agent. Glad to see them get shut out for the most part.

There's a spattering of this in a couple threads. Just dum dums posting stuff... but, you know...... this is going to be us in a couple years fighting off these same dum dums trying to rip good players off teams built the right way.

Knick fans deserve each other - typical New York mentality.. who can we steal from to get ahead. Yankess, Knicks, Rangers... life in general.

it's funny for them to tank for three years and only get the most overrated player in the NBA in return. Amare and his eyes/knees. I give him a year before that really goes bad. Marburyesque.

agree, he's terribly over rated by fan boys. Ok.. he's athletic.. but he's always hurt and he really isn't a good NBA player.

I am excited to see us run the Heat.

Our team goes 10 deep with quality. Theirs will be 3.. maybe 4 (MLE).

I'm sorry, but you can't play your players 40+ mins a game consistently and expect them not to break down. It's just not happenin. I also don't like Bosh with those two. He's not the prototypical hustle/rebound guy that will give you a A+ defensive effort. Heck, he gets hurt alot. I just dont like him as an ancillary player to these two. This isnt Boston.. where KG was that 3rd guy glue piece that could do everything. This is 3 scorers who log enough minutes and have the ball all the time on their old teams to put up big numbers. They are good, but when they arent the focal point... are they good without the ball.. are they interested in setting picks.. doing things for other guys?

I highly doubt this.

I love how you now have Knicks fans convincing themselves that they are glad he didn't choose NY. These were the same people yesterday that were ready to party in Times Square because a huge shipment of orange shirts were delivered to a Nike store in NYC. That and yesterday morning I kept seeing "it's been obvious for awhile now, he's going to spend the rest of his career as a Knick".
