Stephen Jackson say's he not a thug

Post#1 » by EastSideBucksFan » Tue Jan 17, 2012 7:04 pm

I had a twitter fight with Stephen Jackson a short time ago. He's since blocked me. But he must not know how to do that because I still replied to him.

Most fun I had all morning besides shoveling.

@DaTrillStak5 Your numbers on the road are terrible. You always promote some club party on the road. Fans don't appreciate that you...

brewcitypaul
@
@DaTrillStak5 stink on the road while it appears you are out clubbing in every city.

@
@DaTrillStak5 Also, fans would probably stop calling you a thug if you stopped getting technicals every game. 8 more for you = suspension

@brewcitypaul i can afford it.

@DaTrillStak5 You might be able to afford it, but it hurts the team. That why you just plain don't get it.

Yeah, the Stephen Jackson experiment is going to end well.

I'm glad somebody is holding him accountable for his home/road splits. Lord knows Jim Paschke and Charles Gardner will never mention it.

Frankly, this board is the only entity in the damn State that holds the Bucks accountable.

John Hammond: where moving down a half a round in the draft to add an inefficient clown happens.

if all of this leads to a classic hip hop album, it'll be worth it

If you recall, the Houston Rockets in the 2001 draft wanted the 7th overall pick because the Nets wanted Eddie Griffin (RIP) at the 7 slot.

To get that 7th pick the Rockets gave up the 13th pick (Jefferson), 19th pick (Jason Collins) and 24th pick (Brandon Armstrong).

We gave up a lot of value to drop from 7 to 19. You damn well better be sure the guy you are trading for doesn't have a disintegrated disc in his back.

I guess just cause you block someone doesn't mean they can't reply if they reply to you.

Sent him one more. Honestly makes me feel good to know he read my words.

I think you should take a bullet for the team, literally. Confront him at the BC and get him locked up forever. You will be a Milwaukee sports hero.

He can afford it now, but wait 10-15 years when his lifestyle, like all those before him, catches up with him.

Hard to imagine a better fit for the Bucks. If there's a better way to tank than trading for a volatile 33-year old stat-whoring swingman who's disgruntled about the lack of a contract extension I'd like to hear it. Looking forward to another year and a half of Poopen and this guy driving the tank.

I don't want to go against the grain of the general mood of this board and be a little pessimistic, but I'm starting to wonder whether trading for Jax was that great an idea.

That's hilarious! Great post, just what I needed. I volunteer at the mission, going in about 15 minutes as a matter of fact, and my guess is that if Jax were to stay around Milwaukee I'd be serving him dinner in 10-15 years (sad)......

Thanks Eastside for having the stones to approach him like that and at least get our collective voices heard by the dude. Truth hurts I guess. I wonder if his wife that he mentioned appreciates his presence in a night club on the road all the time. I'm sure he's a faithful guy, though, like all NBA players...

I listened to one of Jackson's songs, the hook was "kush burns slow, everything's a go". Though in my head all I could hear was "jax moves slow, the tank is on a roll"

This is hilarious. If you usually ignore this guy, at least take the time to read this one.
