You guys are overreacting. There's no way this is 100% the finalized deal. Maybe Charlotte is involved, maybe Smith is still involved, etc. Should have waited on this thread.

Adrian Wojnarowski ‏@WojYahooNBA
The Redick deal is part of a three-way trade with Charlotte. As @SpearsNBAYahoo reported, Hakim Warrick goes to Magic for Josh McRoberts.

Well, that's done.

We clearly needed another PF.

Redick isn't going to re-sign here if we don't start him at SG. Hopefully this means Monta goes to the bench to be backup PG.

I see no way that both Ellis and Redick are retained. Does anyone disagree?

While you are all posting Gifs, run it through trade checker...it doesn't work. There has to be another piece coming our way.

Hammond should not ever be handed anything but 12-20 draft picks. He should not have the ability to do anything with any other assets. This is **** ridiculous.

We traded Tobes, Lamb, and Udrih for Redick. I swear to god this team learns nothing.

1. Trade away Lamb, didn't we just trade away a second round SG for nothing who turned into a decent player in Meeks?

2. Didn't we just have a player turn it on and become the best player on our team after two seasons of not getting near enough minutes in Sanders?

3. Didnt' we learn two seasons ago the dangers of not having a competent backup for Jennings when we lost Ridnour?

Unbelievable.

No 1st involved is a minor silver lining. Everyone reporting that ATL backed out of the Smith portion. WTF.

Not if we're also planning to re-sign Brandon.

aboveAverage wrote:Most likely Atl wanted Sanders or Henson and a first for Smith, so good thing we didn't do that. Not sure why Ellis is still here. Should've traded him for ANYTHING.

So give them Henson. I don't know how Henson could be untouchable with Josh Smith and Ersan Ilyasova manning the PF position. Maybe Smith flatly said "I'm not going to sign with the Bucks for the long term."

Need inside info. Now.
