Miss you already Tobias.
I won't hate on the deal, but I do believe Harris will become a player in this League.

If you think he'll be a player then you absolutely have to hate on this deal otherwise you make no sense.
Go Bucks!

I think JJ will help a ton in the short term and the Bucks will bring him back and move Monta.
Just trying to stay calm. I'm shocked Hammond moved one of his guys and feel like watching a chick flick.

Re: Official Tobias Harris watch thread
Harris has played 25 minutes or more in five games in his brief career. In those five games he's averaged 16.2 ppg while shooting 50% or better in every game.
Granted, that's a very small sample size but I think that's more a reflection of the Bucks' incompetence than anything. Seems to me a player who's so young and already that productive and provides a skill your team badly needs and sorely lacks (i.e. inside scoring) should be getting more of an opportunity to see if those five-game numbers translate into something on a consistent basis.

Nothing will not break me.

Re: Official Tobias Harris watch thread
I wanna go on record as saying that when Harris almost inevitably hones his long jumper and 3 point shot by the time he's 22 or 23 he's gonna be a spectacular offensive player. I think the only way he doesn't turn into a great offensive player is if he never is able to hit threes at an above average clip, but based on his mindset and his clearly great work ethic (I'm basing that on his commitment to lose all his body fat as a 19 year old in his first offseason) I don't see any way besides injuries that it doesn't happen.
I think we lost a really good player, even if it would've taken him at least a year or two to mold himself into the type of player he's going to be in his prime, and a guy with the perfect mind set and character to be a lifelong buck. The chance that we look back as this being a HUGE f*ck up are twice as high than the chance we look back and say great trade, Harris turned into a total bust and proved himself to not be an impactful NBA player IMO...

All this says to me is the Bucks are likely to draft a project at SF or SG and pay big for a FA at either/both positions depending on what Ellis decides.

Harris has extremely low bust potential, much less than whoever we draft this year imo...

I'll be watching, if we didn't completely murder every ounce of confidence he had I'd be more confident, but I still expect him to do well.

Did I mention I named my first after Liam Jurrah? This might be all my fault.

Now, there's no need to interject reality into my hyperbole.
