I forgot where I read it but it said he was on a minute restriction and is expected to start today. Question is where is JOB?

My guess is that they wanted to see some of the other guys since they already kind of know what they have with him. Doesn't seem like a good sign for his future with the team.
Interesting little nugget for this game:
A lot of people thought Inglis was going to go #30 to the Spurs last year. Kyle Anderson slipped and so they chose him. We took Inglis with the following pick. They will probably be matched up today, and are somewhat similar players in that they're both versatile, clever players with athletic limitations.
Admittedly, Anderson has looked better than I expected him to.

I really like kilpatrik. He plays hard on both ends and I wouldn't mind having him on the roster and sending him to the d league

This one is on live on NBATV
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I don't have NBA TV so I just downloaded the Summer League Live. I'm watching the previous game against NO and Michael Eric Redd has been super unimpressive in the first 5 minutes.

I was unable to watch the first summer league game which is a shame I have actually enjoyed watching summer league of other teams even. Anyways, can somebody give me players to watch for?

There are really only two guys of any real intrigue on our SL team: Rashad Vaughn and Damien Inglis. To a lesser extent, you could throw Michael Eric and Johnny O'Bryant in there I guess.

Lets be honest the only chance JOB makes the team is when they ban players from entering the paint.breakchains wrote:EmperorXyn wrote:I was unable to watch the first summer league game which is a shame I have actually enjoyed watching summer league of other teams even. Its a shame, he has a big body and could be a presence down low. But, he is so clunky and uncoordinated which is why he feels he needs to shoot and not post up. Probably why its rare a big man to be fluid though.

JOB is not good at basketball. He should not occupy a place on our roster. I would rather have anyone else.

Anyone else buy Summer League Live and have the screen sitting on "Loading video" right now?

MCW not mentioning working on his shot when being interviewed by NBA TV on what he's working on this summer. To his credit, he did say he's been in the gym a lot. So, those could be synonymous. Not necessarily, though..

Well, that would be supported from his workout video where he was barely working on his 3-pointer in the halfcourt. Just a fullcourt style dribble up 3 here and there.
If I'm the interviewer, or I saw him on the street, I'd bluntly ask him if he can shoot, and if not is he working obsessively on that part of his game. With a decent outside shot for a point guard, he could be a plus starter in this league. Without it he's a bench guard at best. A Shaun Livingston. That's what he was last year, only one who was less honest about who he is at this point. And that's a big aspect of improvement in the first place. You have to be honest about your weaknesses and work diligently to change them.

Nice looking play in the post by Inglis despite the miss.
